  • Writing & developing & being involved in creating engaging, audience-focused snackable (digital) content (short copy) for web, social media, email marketing, newsletters, content platforms (e.g. Showpad) and (offline) marketing materials (e.g. catalogues, brochures).
    • Regulating the brand¿s tone-of-voice in all content pieces.
    • Collaborating with other teams (sales, technical¿) to create new content and marketing materials.
    • Handling all aspects of keeping online content up to date; from writing copy to formatting the content on the website.
    • Reviewing content pieces, advertising messages, video scripts and other marketing materials.
    • Webinars: communication before/during/after events.
    • Managing external agencies and partners.
    • Writing press releases, dealing with press enquiries and maintaining relationships with editors, journalists, and influencers (social media key influencers/specific trade channels).
  • Managing social media communication to increase brand awareness, further customer engagement, and generate new leads.
    • Creating social media content with and without the assistance of external agencies.
    • Creating & rolling out of social media calendar.
  • Analyzing and reporting on SEO, on site behaviour and social media.
    • (Monthly/regular) reporting.
    • SEO optimizing construction web content of Bekaert.com.
    • Social media quarterly (dashboard) reporting.

Profil

  • (Technical) copywriter.
  • Advanced knowledge English & Dutch.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B/technical environment is mandatory (construction industry is a plus).
  • Bachelor degree in communication/journalism.
  • Detail & result oriented.
  • Project management skills (planning & coordination focused).
  • Digital experience (SEO, keyword analysis).
  • PR experience (maintaining relations, contact for advertising/media outlets, etc.).
  • Technical knowhow & experience (platforms such as CMS tool (e.g. Sitecore), Google Analytics, Google Ads, Webinargeek, Wrike, Showpad, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
