What will you do?

You will start as maternity leave replacement with the possibility for a permanent contract.

Your main focus will be:

• Keeping the website content up to date via tools like Sitefinity/Wordpress
• Creating and implementing texts to help support the launch of Customer Experience initiatives
• Aligning web content with the other communication channels
• Keeping our social media platforms up-to-date
• Internal communication
• Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of the actions
• Supporting internal departments from a graphical point of view in order to ensure a consistent brand identity towards customers & employees
• You will report to the Marketing Manager

Requirements

Who are you?

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications – or equal by experience

• You have 2 years of work experience, or you are a fresh graduate with the potential and motivation to quickly grow
• You are driven by new technologies and enjoy learning new tools
• Technical knowledge: content management system (Sitefinity and/or Wordpress), html, SharePoint, social media
• InDesign and experience with branding & communications projects is a plus as well as affinity with languages and knowledge of Mailchimp / Mandrill
• You are a real team player with a can-do mentality
• You are motivated by deadlines
• You are result driven and autonomous: you are able to set your own planning and deliver results on time
