Job Description
The Continual/Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Manager aligns and challenges the organization’s practices and services with changing business needs through the ongoing identification of improvement opportunities to foster more efficient and effective management of products and services.
The CSI Manager works with other teams in TIO Operations and the business to identify issue or opportunities to improve ways of working. It is a job that requires initiative, diplomacy and an ability to see the end to end view of situations. Most importantly, it requires an open mind able to constructively challenge long-standing ways of working and finding better ways of doing things.
Profile
  • Conceptual and analytical thinker and able to take a ’helicopter’ or end to end view to identify where processes and ways of working can be improved. Can visualize situations from a business and customer perspective as well as from a TIO perspective.
  • Strong knowledge of company strategy, and how TIO contributes to achieving business objectives. Can translate business problems into TIO improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of ITIL v4 and the principles of Continual Service Improvement and how to apply them.
  • Good knowledge of Telenet’s Fixed and/or Mobile networks and a knowledge of Telenet’s IT landscape.
  • Able to communicate, verbally and in writing, to a technical and non-technical audience, at all levels (up to SLT level).
  • Is able to establish effective working relationships with Telenet and outsource partner stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of data analysis/mining and statistical analysis. Can prepare and interpret reports based on quantitative data.
  • Openness to change in organisation and ways of working.
