Job Purpose

The production coordinator is an active player in continuous improvement of the manufacturing process, the manufacturing area and the quality mindset of the production team. You are the point of contact for the operational support teams (maintenance, validation and automation activities) for routine activities, projects and investigations

Your Responsibilities

In this role you,

• Manage the improvement roadmap for the manufacturing area; Initiation, implementation, monitoring and closure of projects / eCC (80% linked to the building and 20% related to transversal activities / projects)
• Act as the Manufacturing area Representative in transversal or technical projects : manage the project and continuously anticipate potential improvements of current processes while assuring the compliance with existing standards
• Collect and analyze production area/equipment cleaning parameter (IPC) and support investigations related to drift and trends observed on production process parameters (CPV)
• Act as a key contact between the manufacturing area and the operational support services (as Validation / technical services / automation / L-MSAT MPU)
• Depending of the specific needs of the manufacturing area, following roles will be ensured by the Production coordinator:
• Support/drive EHS related improvements and oversights
• Support/drive major / critical deviations
• Support/drive implementation of transversal CAPA
• Support "Inspection Readiness"
• Support slowdown/shutdown activities

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Master’s degree level in BioEngineering, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Eager to learn
• Accountable, proactive and autonomous
• Strong communication skills
• Team player
• Fluent in French with a good command of English
  

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:

• Mechanically inclined
• Highly motivated and self-driven with a desire to continuously improve own skill set
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work and succeed in a team environment
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to operate computer applications preferred
