About the Organisation.

This successful and growing mid-sized CRO are looking to grow their team of CRAs out of their Belgian office in Geel (Antwerp). Seeking experienced CRAs with strong knowledge of working complex studies from a Clinical Trial background, this organisation favours creative and innovative thinkers. With a yearly average retention rate of 95% this is a wonderful opportunity to join a company with a proven track record for excellence.

With staff in over 60 countries globally, this established organisation work across a range of therapy areas including oncology, rare/orphan disease, immunology, and transplantation.

One of the main attractions for this role is the flexibility of the studies that this CRO are offering, they are looking for a candidate who is willing to think outside of the box and not look to just follow regulations set by themselves. This ideal candidate will be a passionate CRA with the ability to get stuck into the role and develop into a position of responsibility rapidly due to the freedom they will gain within this organisation.

Job Description

  • You will be expected to conduct independent site visits across Belgium
  • An average of 5-8 site visits a month.
  • Site visits will include - providing clinicians with instructions on how to conduct the trials, monitoring progress throughout the duration of the trial and identifying and briefing appropriate trial investigators.
  • Writing drug trial methodologies.
  • Writing reports.
  • Collecting and authenticating data collection forms.

Requirements

  • This role requires a minimum of 3 years CRA experience and independent monitoring.
  • Able to travel to office Geel and other site locations.
  • Life science / medical background
  • Excellent knowledge in ICH-GCP and regulatory requirement
  • Fluent in Dutch / French and English Language

Location: Geel, Belgium with sites across the country.

Salary: Competitive based on experience level (company car)
