CRM Product Owner/Process Manager - SAP CRM Cloud for Customer (C4C)

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and committed Product Owner who can take the lead over the SAP CRM C4C product for Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Business Area.

We have rolled-out the SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) CRM application towards more than 100 of our companies, spanning well over four thousand users in all parts of the world. The challenge for our new Product Owner CRM is to harvest on our CRM system by drastically improving the adoption, efficiency, and value creation for the business. By integrating the end-to-end Market to Customer and Customer to Order process in a transparent way in our CRM Eco-system.

As the Product Owner you will play a key role in defining and driving the roadmap and implementation for Atlas Copco Compressor Technique, together with your team in close co-operation with our Divisions and Customer Centers.

Who are we?

You will join a highly motivated international team in a challenging and very dynamic environment. You will become part of CT-IS (Compressor Technique - Information Services), which delivers services to the Compressor Technique business area of Atlas Copco. The department mainly operates from the headquarters in Antwerp (Belgium), with teams in US, Czech Republic, India, and China.

The Role

• You determine our SAP C4C product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with the business and IT stakeholders at various levels in the organization. You are their key single point of contact.
• You develop a solid understanding of the Atlas Copco CRM Eco-system and are an active partner in the evaluation of integration strategies and provide advice on decisions to develop functionality inside C4C or as an Add-on
• As the Product Owner of our SAP C4C implementation you envision what needs to be implemented or rolled-out on a short- and long-term basis. The goal is to enable the business strategy and support the IT strategy.
• You translate the vision into prioritized mission boards, epics and user stories and set up a valid product metric. You manage and prioritize the product and sprint backlog You make sure the team is working towards the set goals.
• You continuously follow up on the SAP roadmap and advises which Atlas Copco requirements need to be brought to SAP for promotion on their future Roadmap.
• You define a solution for a business problem, this together with your team members, and other supporting people or services. You have the capability to understand business needs, to question them and to translate them into specifications for effective IT solutions. Understanding the business processes is crucial in this role.
• You lead the team and activities. You execute or actively take part in project management and product development activities, as well as day-to-day operations. You will have both operational and budgetary responsibilities. In this function you will report regularly on different levels within the organization.
• To be successful in your mission as a Product Owner you build up expert functional and to an extent technical knowledge of our SAP C4C implementation. You build up knowledge of the business processes that are supported by the system.
• You are an excellent people manager. In your role as Product Owner, you will manage a team. You show the ability to develop team competences, coach your team members and coordinate team activities. You will have team members onsite as well as offsite, either internal or external.

You will report to the IT Competence Center Manager – Customer Centers, within Compressor Technique Information Services.

What we expect of you?

• You have a university degree in business, engineering, economics, informatics or equal by experience.
• You have very strong analytical skills.
• You have an excellent level of English. Dutch language skills are considered as an asset.
• Project management certifications (Agile, Waterfall) are considered as an asset.
• You have experience in leading IS/IT projects or products of considerable size and complexity.
• You have experience in CRM systems.
• Experience as a CRM-Lead in an Atlas Copco Customer Center is an asset.
• You have experience (or knowledge of) sales and marketing processes.
• Experience in financial business case development, and understanding of key financial drivers is an asset.
