We are looking for a customer and sales support employee for a company located in Mechelen. Our Client is a multinational growing company.

Your major tasks include:

  • Support the salesmen and customers by telephone and e-mail
  • Be in direct contact with international industrial clients from 10 European countries
  • Order entry and quote entry into our integrated system
  • Support the monthly cash collection and invoice follow-up

You will join a motivated and stimulating environment and you will be able to work in an international company.
You have a bachelor degree or experience in a similar position.
You have a first experience within administration or customer service.
You are fluent in German and English.
- You are stress resistant, hard-working, friendly and service-oriented - You can prioritize tasks and you are good at multitasking - You have good communication skills and a good knowledge of MS Office
