Customer Service Representative

OVERVIEW:

As customer service representative you make sure that customer requirements are met in terms of quality and timelines. You take care of all customer complaints/problems and look for the appropriate solution.

Principal duties:

· Ensure customer satisfaction

· Ensure timely, accurate order entry

· Ensure compliance with appropriate policies and procedures

· Preparing export documents

· Handle customer phone calls, e-mails

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in administration or equivalent by experience.
  • Skills:Excellent administration skills, accurate, thorough, committed to deliver an A+ customer service. Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French and good working knowledge of at least one other European language
