  • Junior profile who is willing to learn and has a real desire to deliver first class customer service
  • Experience of working in a customer service role before is desired but not necessary
  • Previous experience of working with CRM systems is a plus
  • Fluent in English and any other language is a plus

This position forms part of the Customer Service support team for spare part distribution of Biosense Webster. Working with a partnerdistribution centre based in Germany, the Customer Service team take care of all the necessary paperwork to facilitate a responsive service to both our client’s external customers and the internal network of engineers based across EMEA.

  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding BWI Product installation process and coordinates with 3rd party suppliers when applicable. Analyzes and reports weekly back to Management on BWI Products installation progress.
  • Ensure all activities are within Service Management System through Daily updates and documentation
  • Maintain traceability of BWI products through Daily updates and documentation
  • Collects data and prepares routine reports for management
  • Reviews Franchise-specific Return Orders daily
  • Takes necessary contacts with relevant parties to understand Product/Service status
  • Support various project assignments through implementation as assigned.
