Who will you be working for?

Our partner is one of the largest producers and distributors of high quality eyewear and sunglasses. Responsible for brands like Nike, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Lui Jo and Longchamp, the company is present internationally from New York to Hong Kong.

Their core mission: providing top quality products and customer service to their clients.

What is this job about?

As Customer Service Representative for Dutch and French speaking clients, you are responsible for managing orders and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

On a daily basis, you are the first point of contact for customers and therefore fully responsible for delivering a great customer experience.

Your Challenges

  • Solve problems, claims and complaints promptly
  • Support clients in understanding the product and buying journey via phone and email
  • Proactively gather customer’s feedback to develop and improve
  • Review customer orders and controlling fulfillment of delivery deadlines via SAP
  • Keep the customer database up to date
  • Build trust with the clients by providing solutions and updates

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: bilingual in Dutch and advanced French and English
  • Min. 1 year of experience working in customer service
  • First contact with analysing orders and updating customer databases
  • Good knowledge of CRM and Excel
  • Outstanding customer focused communication skills
  • Ability to perform many tasks at the same time
  • You are not afraid of picking up the phone and written communication
