Customer Service Supervisor EMEA – Distributor Markets

If so, read on! We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team based in Zaventem, Belgium.

This role is to lead our EMEA (Distributor Markets) division and you must be fluent in English.

What would your day to day look like? You will be:

  • A coach and mentor to our team of customer service representatives
  • Overseeing EMEA order management of our capital and consumable equipment, as well as customer service activities
  • The ‘go-to’ for all procurement and commercial queries for our distributor partners
  • Building relationships with our internal and external customers
  • Responsible for operational dashboards and KPI’s for activities (outbound shipments, order entry, credits and complaints) and submit reports. You’ll then present these reports and figures at regional meetings to enhance process improvements where necessary
  • Partner with supply planners ensuring product availability, minimizing any stock outs
  • Vigilantly ensuring we adhere to our compliance, regulations and policies

This is a crucial role within our Service & Sales Enablement department so we do require the following to be considered:

  • Proven, successful customer service skills where you have dealt with internal and external customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lead multiple work assignments, achieving deadlines and goals set
  • Prior experience leading a team in a supervisory capacity. Inspiring a team to be engaged, focused and high performing
  • Logistical administration/coordination experience e.g. customs documents and organising shipments
  • Fluent English
