We are recruiting engineers to our Fixed Networks (FN) support center to provide CARE services on FN products.
The main responsibilities include:
Providing remote operation and maintenance support for complex network applications and end-to-end multi-vendor networks.
Providing configuration support, network element deployment support, maintenance release and software update deployment.
Providing remote recovery support in the event of an out-of-service condition.
Collaboration within the FN Care organization in case of difficult or time critical problems or need due to a configuration control.
Maintain interfaces with customer’s technical personnel ensuring smooth information flow about reported problems and their resolution status as well as other activities with customer.
Product focus on 7302, 7330 ISAM, 7360 GPON, 7368 ONT, 5520 AMS, 5529 SDC, 5571 PCC. Main focus is on FTTx related products.
Skills and Qualifications
Customer orientation and stress tolerance.
Ability to perform 24x7 customer support.
Ability to work/communicate well with a variety of organizations and cultures.
Strong oral and written communication skills are an absolute requirement.
Languages: English
Excellent interpersonal skills required. Team interaction is critical.
Adaptable/versatile in performing a variety of functions.
Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and hard working.
Degree in electronics, telecommunication or IT on a bachelor level as a minimum.
Solid background on telecommunication technology.
Programming skills like C++, Python
