The Customer Value Supervisor oversees team of domain specialists or specified product lines, providing product line and subject matter direction. In this role you willsupport the team related to productsafety, quality and regulatory topics. You will apply knowledge and understanding of customer product safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for leading a team of domain specialists, enabling them to drive collaboration and consistency across product lines.
  • Review and create internal and benchmark reports and activities.
  • Serve as primary contact for analyzing and creating reports on trends in quality requests.
  • Execute customer product safety, quality and regulatory support practices and procedures for key customers.
  • Serve as industry leading professional for multiple product lines, building and maintaining multiple product line and specific topic expertise serving as the go to resource for all matters regarding quality request handling.
  • Support initiatives and improvement projects that create value for our customers following established customer product safety, quality and regulatory processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Project management skills
  • Applied auditing and quality compliance skills
  • Knowledge of customer quality systems
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Experience facilitating effective negotiations with internal and external partners and groups at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate leadership and development of leadership skills.
