For the QA team of the Distribution Center in Beerse, we are looking for a (Senior) QA Associate to join our team. As (Senior) DC QA Associate you will:
- Be actively present on the shop floor for quality issue investigations, connection with operations and stimulating the identification of the real root cause and corrective/preventive actions in order to avoid reoccurrence.
- Improve the processes by assisting/leading continuous improvements initiatives from quality perspective.
- Support a compliant introduction of new products that are being launched.
- Get inspired and activated by supporting/leading project team activities and guiding them towards compliant project execution (ex. system updates/introductions, modification of processes or equipment).
- Evaluate and ensure proper documentation of applicable quality records and approve accordingly.
- Expand your knowledge by supporting and/or executing internal and external audits & inspections.
- Join the GMP field by reviewing, analyzing and approving VAS activities (ex. change of leaflet, adding serialized data, COVID vaccine leaflet/label).
- Broaden your network by the involvement in vaccines, gen-therapy, clinical, commercial, narcotics, API,… products and develop a thorough understanding of the distribution processes.
- Strengthen the supply chain by assessing temperature excursions, managing product returns and assessing product impact of shop floor deviations, and strive for on time patient supply.
- Challenge the organization by leading reactive (ex. data analysis, quality improvement process) & proactive (ex. control rounds) monitoring.
