Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our containerized environments using Kubernetes and Docker Compose.
  • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automated deployments.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
  • Maintain a secure infrastructure by implementing best practices for network security, TLS certificates, SSH, encryption, firewalls, authentication, and LDAP.
  • Effectively manage incidents and requests using Jira, providing timely updates to users.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, taking ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Approach challenges with a pragmatic mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation for processes and systems.
  • Embrace new challenges, demonstrate a passion for learning, and adapt quickly to evolving technologies.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Proven experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker Compose).
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, particularly Ansible.
  • Solid understanding of Linux environments.
  • Knowledge of network security and related technologies.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and incident management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with other orchestration, configuration, and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD, Terraform).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS).
  • Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Zabbix).
  • Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, ClickHouse).
  • Familiarity with Hashicorp tools (Consul, Vault, Terraform).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
