As a Workflow Implementation Consultant, you’ll join a forward-thinking company that values innovation and continuous improvement. You will mainly be responsible for implementing the OpsTrakker application and for guiding the transition to e-workflows and paperless processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct SIPOC and process analysis on existing workflows to simplify, standardize, and digitize processes.
  • Design and develop workflows in OpsTrakker based on business requirements and process analysis.
  • Coordinate with global teams, ensuring efficient communication and delivery of site-specific tasks.
  • Host workshops with business departments to assess value and identify digitization opportunities.
  • Train end users and key users, moving towards an SME role in workflow development.



Jouw profiel

In order to find the right person for the job, we’re mainly looking for a Workflow Implementation Consultant who has:

  • Good knowledge of IT/OT, and familiarity with interfacing equipment and data flows
  • An understanding of Lean principles and Agile processes (knowledge of Jira/Confluence is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or JavasScript
  • Experience in GxP production environments or GxP labs
  • Strong written and oral communication in both English and Dutch
