Digital Marketing Communication consultant M/W/X

Your mission

• You ensure that the customers of the Small Enterprise receive the most relevant communication in terms of message, timing & touchpoint.
• Your toolbox consists of email, SMS, push notifications and in some cases even call centers to get in touch with our customers.

Your tasks

• You translate marketing briefings into communication campaigns across different touchpoints.
• You are responsible for the project management of the communication journeys: coordination with the different stakeholders (marketers, database managers) to build the most optimal flow for customers.
• You take care of the copywriting for e-mail, sms & push notifications with an eye for strong convincing texts & call to actions.
• You manage the creation of the email templates with the agency or internal studio.
• You think relevant communication is important and you strive to get the right message to the consumer at the right time.
• You constantly look at where improvements are possible. You formulate recommendations for your squad members based on campaign results and impact.

Required qualifications

• Good knowledge of communication principles and advertising
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and experience with setting up communication processes
• You are open to change and enjoy trying out new concepts, methods and tools.
• You assume that data never lies.
• You like to explore the unexplored areas of digital communication
• You are adept at presentations and have great persuasiveness.
• You have leadership talent, sound judgment and know how and when to make decisions or seek further advice.
• You are fluent in one of the national languages (Dutch, French) and have a very good understanding of the second national language. Knowledge of English is a plus

• Copywriting skills, specifically for email & short copy for SMS & push notifications. Knowledge of UX & behavioral design principles is an advantage
