Job Purpose

Make Digital Commerce a key pillar of growth to win in market leading to customers choosing us as a key strategic partner for their digital commerce journey. Ensure that digital content development, execution and continuous performance management are a key strength of our business that deliver accelerated growth.
  • Develop local content management strategy along FCP framework
  • Flawless content management execution – supported by BU systems & tools
  • Drive performance marketing
  • Assess digital shelf performance and continuously drive improvements
  • Test & learn
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop local content management strategy considering shopper/customer insights and strongly connecting to category growth priorities
  • Deliver and implement digital commerce assets along FCP framework and improve FCP scores
  • Strongly drive performance marketing to (re)define priorities, improve asset efficiency and optimize activation to improve FCP performance
  • Consistently measure digital shelf performance against defined targets
  • Engage with customers in order to improve asset delivery and – ideally – build interfaces for automated content updates
  • Initiate test & learn projects
  • Monitor competitor eCommerce activities, identifying and reporting best-in-class implementations
  • Stakeholder management: build strong relationships with Marketing, Sales and Regulatory to ensure understanding of digital shelf requirements and maximize input
  • Support digital commerce capability building
Why you?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • University degree in economics, business administration or digital management.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish
  • Successful operational and strategic track record in building a successful Digital Commerce implementation
  • Knowledge of Swedish Digital Commerce Customer landscape & trends (customers, agency partners, pilot partners, consumer insights)
  • Experience in marketing or digital shelf management
  • Min. 3 yrs experience from FMCG industry or retailer
  • Experience in leading cross functional teams and agile working styles
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive multiple large-scale projects in parallel
  • Ability to simplify and clearly identify key areas of focus in the spirit of “do what matters most”
  • Visionary thinking combined with appetite and relentless energy for execution
  • Effective communication and influencing skills across functions & hierarchies & towards customers
  • Listen to go beyond
