The Radisson Blu Balmoral Hotel is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to start on 01stof March 2023.

Location & organization :

The Hotel, located on the height of Spa and surrounded by its forests, delivers its guests an authentic and sincere experience.

Its restaurant, under the direction of a well known Belgian starred Chef, offers a fine and tasty bistronomic cuisine.

Its 6 large conference rooms, heated indoor swimming pool and wellness center, beautiful sun terrace, large parking area, bar and breakfast area, and enthusiastic and solution-oriented staff complete the hotel’s promise to make you feel at home. Its 106 rooms are decorated to reflect its classic legacy and history.

The Radisson Blu Spa Balmoral is managed by Nestia Hospitality Group.

Function’s Description:

As Hotel Manager, you are a true entrepreneur.

You are responsible for making the hotel known in the region. You develop sales and manage the results. You are responsible for your profit and loss account, the staff and the satisfaction of the guests. You are responsible for overseeing day-to-day business activities, improving general business functions, training department heads, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies and communicating business objectives. You are solution and result oriented.

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced GM, Assistant GM or Operational Manager in a similar hotel chain with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

You are a sales person, but you also have the necessary personnel management skills. You have an excellent knowledge of English and French. You work independently and have a dynamic mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing day-to-day business operations.

- Develop and implement growth strategies.

- Create and manage budgets.

- You are the ambassador of your property, selling it is a key priority!

- Hire, inspire & develop employees.

- Evaluate performance and productivity.

- Analyse accounting and financial data.

- Research and identify growth opportunities.

- Produce reports and make presentations.

Salary & Conditions:

- Contract for an indefinite period

- Full time 38 hours per week
