Role Description

As the European Sales & Development Manager at Gantrade Europe BV, you will oversee and drive sales activities across Europe. This full-time role involves developing and expanding customer relationships, developing sales plans, identifying market opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include coordinating with the sales team, attending industry events, analysing sales performance, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and market analysis
  • Proficiency in developing and executing sales plans
  • Experience in identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with the chemical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Europe
