Thales Alenia Space BelgiumProcurement DepartmentIs looking for a(M/F) Execution & Performance Manager

This position based in Belgium(Charleroi) will report functionally to The Procurement Country Manager, in charge of the procurement activities for Thales Alenia Space Belgium.

FUNCTION:

  • Ensure transition of the contract with Procurement during hand-over, and the effective endorsement of the contract clauses by the Supplier.
  • Lead the relationship with the Supplier all along the execution of the contract for all matters related to the supplied products (technical, industrial, planning, Quality, contractual).
  • Manage internal and external activities according to the Requirements ( ex : statement of work, …) and the Surveillance Plan.
  • Continuously monitor the contract execution to insure the deliveries and to minimize the delays and global Cost of Non Quality impacts for Thales Alenia Space if any, in particular by ensuring risk early detection and mitigation (management by the risks), and quick resolution of emerging problems, relying on all internal necessary skills.
  • Manage Supplier progress status.
  • At each formal step of the contract (reviews, delivery,…) :
  • Ensure the exhaustiveness and conformance of the deliveries with the contractual commitments.
  • Get approved the related delivered documentation, acceptance data, …
  • Authorize the delivery of the goods and the corresponding invoices.
  • Manage formal reviews all along the contract milestones
  • Organize (or delegates) formal material acceptance milestones
  • Apply the Veto process in case of non-compliant or incomplete delivery of products, to avoid risks of damage in integration or test.
  • Manage the Supplier action’s review.
  • Manage the Supplier deviations
  • Manage Change notices by delegation from Procurement.
  • Manage the Sales forecast of the supplier milestones
  • Perform the Supplier Performance Assessment, and Lessons Learned at contract completion.
  • Manage and coordinate the deliverables according to contractual commitments such monthly supplier reports, minutes of collaborative meetings with suppliers, Assessment report at Contact completion
  • Report Weekly progress status, Major and significant risks and associated mitigation actions

PROFIL:

  • Master in Purchasing And / or either Electromechanics either Applier Electronics engineering degree
  • 5 To 10 Years experience as supply chain engineer or supplier quality engineer in an Industrial company.
  • Fluent in English , knowledge of French is an asset
  • Good negotiation and contractual skills
  • Team Spirit, rigor, good communication skills
  • Supplier management experience in supply chain, quality, contract compliance
