PROFILE:



The ideal Executive Assistant will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, will enjoy the challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programmes.

Profile

The ideal Executive Assistant has the following profile:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Prior experience in European or other international institution (preferred).
  • Excellent planning and organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritise demands to meet deadlines.
  • Team-player with ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in French and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite.
