We employ over 600 people in Brussels, Paris, Luxembourg, London and our sales offices in Europe and the Middle East.

We are looking to recruit the Executive Assistant to the CEO, based in Brussels.

Responsabilities

As part of your role, you will plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO’s schedule is efficiently managed.

You will also act as gatekeeper for direct access to the CEO’s time and office.

You will work proactively to enhance the effectiveness of the CEO, gathering information and preparing briefing notes as necessary for both internal and external meetings and events.

You will organize complex global travel and meetings; managing all aspects of travel, meetings, logistics, participants, agendas, actions and follow up.

Profile

Proved track-record at providing high level administrative support in a fast-paced environment, along with having excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.

Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, report writing and presentation are essential.

Fully conversant with MS Office

Excellent interpersonal skills

Positive mindset

Proactive, independent, reliable and demonstrating sound judgment and absolute discretion in order to deal with confidential information

Fluent in English, French and Dutch

Comfortable in communicating with top management and external partners.

Adaptability to unexpected situations, problem solver.
