Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager Export to join our growing international expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts, driving growth, and expanding our market presence across international territories. You will work closely with distributors, retailers, and partners to achieve sales targets and establish long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach and achieve export sales targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners in international markets.
- •dentify new business opportunities and negotiate terms to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and support product launches.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export requirements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to management.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and establish partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in international sales, export, or key account management, ideally in the toys or consumer electronics industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
