Computacenter Belgium is looking for a FIELD IT SUPPORT ENGINEER - MERKSEM/LEUVEN

Who We’re Looking For

We have an opportunity for a Field IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic Technical Resource Group team. You will be at different locations for one of our Key Customers.

What You’ll Do

Working as part of a dynamic team you will provide onsite and remote support at different locations.

Some of the daily activities are:

• Handling incidents and service requests
• Executing different IMAX’s (Install, Moves, ADDs, changes…)
• Carrying out extensive troubleshooting and problem solving
• Support of client specific HW (printers, Hand scanners, meeting rooms…)
• Providing after hours support (standby), in most cases by phone/remote support (also logging of incident calls
• On-call duty (rotation between 4 colleagues during weekdays/weekends)

What You’ll Need

Strong technical knowledge:

• PC’s and laptops
• Windows10
• MS office 2016, O365
• Azure AD, Endpoint / Intune is a benefit
• Printers

A broad knowledge of different technologies:

• Network, LAN, WAN, IPT
• Printers and network printing
• Citrix environment and applications
• Smartphone and tablets
• Experience with the delivery of Field Support
• Experience with remote user assistance

Besides your technical skills you bring great interpersonal skills:

• You are customer focused, understands customer needs and seeks to fulfill expectations
• You are a real team player, easily uniting with team members and working with different stakeholders
• Resilient person who can cope with a very fast-moving landscape
• Share knowledge with colleagues through documentation
• Have a positive, flexible, and responsive mindset
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
