Our client, an investment company investing in new technology companies, is looking for its new Finance Director to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the company.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, team player, reliable and an excellent leader who enjoyed multitasking and executing with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

• You will have the responsibility for the financial management and the reporting of all the entities,
• You will supervise the annual audits and co-investment schemes,
• You will actively manage cash balances and update forecasts,
• You will supervise the creation and presentation of budgets, predictions, and managerial financial statements,
• You will oversee all aspects of the administration of the funds, communication with investors, capital calls and ensure that investor agreements are adhered to,
• You will be in charge of managing all tax-related affairs, such as VAT, corporation tax, and other fiscal matters, and collaborating with consultants to establish optimal tax frameworks.
• You will assist in fundraising, due diligence processes and new development of the funds and their structures,

Profile :

• You are fluent in English, any other languages is a plus,
• You hold a master degree’ in Finance, Management or Economic Science,
• You have strong knowledge in investment funds, private equity and AIFM is a plus,
• You have at least minimum 10 years’ of experience as a senior finance professional Finance in a Financial structure such as Private Equity, Venture Capital or Financial institution
• You have the ability to quickly identify and assess complicated issues, present them clearly, and propose effective solutions,
