  • An University Degree in Finance/Economics is preferred
  • Experience with working with a finance department
  • Good communication and business partnering skills
  • Internal/External audit experience is an advantage
  • Understanding of SOX guidelines and local/international accounting standards
  • Curious mindset
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

As a member of the finance team, the Finance Analyst will support and shape the local finance compliance program.


This assignment will provide a unique opportunity to get exposure to the financial processes and get a deep understanding of the Business & Corporate SOX requirements. It is a great opportunity for finance professionals willing to develop their partnering and finance compliance skills.


  • Provide high quality finance support to the Finance team
  • Manage the month end close responsibilities including balance sheet reconciliations review and SOX reports preparation
  • Proactively contribute to maintaining and improving a strong internal control environment e.g. understanding SOPs and updating as necessary, identifying risks and proposing potential solutions
  • Coordinate and assist during the audits
  • Manage the relationships with external & internal auditors
  • Coordinate the physical inventory counting to ensure completeness by Year End
  • Maintain the SOX documentation package (RCM, handoffs)
  • Ensure financial processes and reporting are aligned with local and statutory regulations
  • Look to optimize the business processes through continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with all departments supporting the finance organization (Customer Service, Supply Chain, User Management Team, Treasury)
  • Support the implementation of major projects
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as required
