Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Financial Analystfor a permanent position based in Diegem.

Our client is a well known pharmaceutical company with a Worldwide footprint.

As Financial Analystyou will be responsible for:

Provide analytical and financial support to Central Europe management team and act as financial business partner;
Assure accuracy of financial transactions and reporting of the Region Central departments;
Actual reporting and variance analysis for Region Central;
Timely and accurate Plan/Forecast submissions for Region Central;
Participate to ad-hoc projects at management requests;
Target setting and tracking for Sales Reps;
Organize and produce the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to the timetable required;
Work together with departmental management for preparation and submission of revenue targets and expenses budgets as well as for the preparation of LBE and annual Planning;
Ensure smooth accounting processes and documentation. Act as a point of contact with the shared services in an accurate and effective manner. Accurate tie outs between the different reporting tools (HFM, Hyperion, Dodeca);
Provide ad-hoc support and solutions to meet local business decision making, planning and reporting requirements;
Provide detailed sales reports to countries.

The required profile for theFinancial Analystposition:

University Degree;
2-3 years’ experience in financial planning and reporting or audit;
Advanced Excel, PowerBI, SFDC, BO, Hyperion Information Systems and software skills;
Highly analytical;
SAP is a plus;
Team player;
Excellent command of English.
