About LeasePlan :
As a leasing company with over 1.8 million cars on the road worldwide, we find ourselves responsible to do everything we can to move to a zero-emission transport industry. The Car-as-a-service market is expected to grow substantially over the years and that’s why we want to differentiate ourselves from others to provide the best service to our customers. LeasePlan’s Car-as-a-Service business purchases, funds and manages new vehicles for its customers, providing a complete end-to-end service for a typical contract duration of three to four years. Therefore, we value teamwork, innovation, sustainable growth and transparency the most.
What’s in it for you ?
A Fleet Advisor Value accounts works on behalf of the client on sales related cases in accordance to the carpolicy.
Your responsibilities :
  • You analyse the order needs of the customers, verify these with them and take the necessary actions in accordance.
  • You make sure that the necessary tools are put into place (according to the car policy) so the driver can order their car
  • You handle cases from A to Z.
  • You listen to the customers and guide them in their choices
  • You answer the customer related questions.
  • You make the quote and place the pre-order after the clients approval
Who are we looking for ?
  • The candidate has already had relevant commercial experience
  • Has a passion for and already sufficient knowledge of cars (brands, models, options etc.)
  • Has a strong customer centric attitude. He/she knows how to detect and respond to the customer’s need
  • Likes to build relationships with the customer
  • Thinks along with the customer and the internal working methods (out-of-the box thinking)
  • Works efficiently and is strong in administration
  • Works both independently and in a team and has a great sense of responsibility
  • Can work in a planned, organised, accurate and fast way
  • 3 languages: Dutch, French, English
  • Can switch easily between different cases
