About Our Client

Our client is a major actor in the transport industry located in the region of Mechelen

Job Description

  • Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Post job openings and source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Participate in recruitment events
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Speak Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • 5-10 years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS experience

What’s on Offer

  • A mission of approximatively 6 months (extendable to years)
