You serve as a trusted business partner for management and employees in blue and white-collar environments for 2 operational locations in Belgium.
You provide guidance and support in HR matters to cultivate positive working relationships.
You report to the HR Manager and will closely work together with another HRBP’s, HR Safety and 2 payroll officers.
You will work on several HR projects such as L&D, Talent Management, Performance Management, absenteeisme policy and social elections.
You optimize onboarding experience for new employees.
You take on ad-hoc demands coming from the business and advise on HR-related issues.

You have relevant work experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
You have a hands-on attitude and like to get things done.
You are used to guiding managers from the business through the various HR challenges within their teams.
Collaborating and achieving goals together are high on your priority list.
You are very positive-minded and drive good working relationships.
You are diplomatic, reliable, and very secure.
You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
