YOUR ROLE

  • You handle all incoming employee questions concerning maternity leave, working hours, compensation, etc.
  • You guide employees through the different channels of information.
  • You monitor the data in the HR systems (Blox, ProTime, and Workday).
  • You support the time and attendance transition.
  • You deliver support in other different HR-related topics.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have relevant experience in an HR administration function.
  • You are supportive and customer driven.
  • You are result oriented.
  • You have basic knowledge of social law to respond to the questions from employees.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
