The Resort Namur Nature µis looking for its next Front Office Manager (M/F/X)

Full-time position – 38h - Gesves

The Resort Namur Nature , a rapidly expanding holiday resort located in the heart of a natural environment in Gesves, is seeking its new Front Office Manager.

As the central point for managing guest reception, you will coordinate the front desk, guest services, preparation of activities, and cleaning operations, in close collaboration with the Park Manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure a professional and warm welcome for our guests.
  • Manage and coordinate the front desk team: scheduling, daily organisation, service quality.
  • Handle complaint follow-up together with the reception team.
  • Supervise the quality of accommodations in collaboration with the cleaning team.
  • Ensure operational coordination with the entertainment team (preparation, setup, follow-up).
  • Coordinate with part of the technical team to meet guest needs.
  • Ensure a smooth, personalised customer experience in line with our standards.
  • Serve as the reference point for procedures, internal communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Work daily with the Park Manager to ensure consistency across all park operations. Support the PM in the daily tasks.
Your Profile
  • Proven experience in front office, hospitality, or operational management in a tourism-related environment.
  • Strong customer-service orientation, organised, and able to manage priorities.
  • Proficiency in Dutch is essential.
  • Strong command of French; English is a real asset.
  • Comfortable with IT tools and internal procedures.
  • Flexible: variable hours, weekday and occasional weekend work depending on park needs.
  • First 12months contract and next an open-ended contract
