As a Functional Analyst, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Translate business needs into UI design, functional, and technical analyses.
  • Support front and back-end developers with documentation, testing, and production deployment.
  • Gather and define business requirements for NMBS operational staff.
  • Translate demands into features and epics for the development team.
  • Suggest functional improvements and analyze bugs/data quality issues.
  • Document processes, provide reports, dashboards, and deliver test scenarios.
  • Participate in Agile delivery team and Scrum ceremonies.

What are we looking for?

Have you got what it takes ?

  • Excellent analytical and cooperation skills.
  • Belgian residency and on-premises availability up to 5 days a week.
  • Fluent in English (C1+) and either French (B2+) or Dutch (B2+).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT.
  • Experience in design or implementation of IT applications is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Result-oriented and a team player with stress resistance.
