Functional Analyst


Your future job

  • Acquire precise and relevant understanding of business requirements and projects to translate them into solution design
  • Ensure clear briefings and data modelings to guarantee efficient projects
  • Analyse impact and design possible solutions based on requirements
  • Be creative in your approach to present alternatives and potential issues, risks or blocking points
  • Write documents and provide reports on your actions and results
  • Collaborate with the Test Coordinator when providing your analyses
  • Assist operational teams when needed

Who are you?

You have had several experiences as Analyst (Business, Functional or Technical) and you feel comfortable working with technical teams. You are curious and always happy to learn about new concepts no matter how technical they might be or specific to one sector.

Your aim is to improve the overall process whilst increasing the quality of the products, the results and the communication between the various people involved. Given this position between business and technical teams, your communication skills need to be top-notch. You are assertive and structured whilst also able to remain diplomatic and human.


Some of your talents

  • Experience as Analyst namely for IT development projects
  • Expertise in Conceptual Data Model using various tools
  • Comfortable working with UML (Unified Modeling Language) to develop diagrams and modelling examples
  • Notions in project management methodologies
  • Used to work with tools such as Visio, Jira or Confluence
  • Knowledge of mock-up tools such as Balsamiq
  • Extremely structured and organised
  • Comfortable working in French and in English
