YOUR FUTURE JOB

As a Global Improvement Program Manager (Quality) you will own the overall production quality improvement program focusing on continuously improving our production process robustness, increasing shopfloor’s quality awareness and reduction of manufacturing related losses .

More specifically, you will
  • Be the Global program manager for quality related improvements linked to Manufacturing process and equipments;
  • Interface between Customer Quality and Manufacturing teams on customer complaints – supervising the root cause investigation and initiate corrective and preventive actions, aiming continuous improvement of the production process locally and globally;
  • Be the process owner for the Manufacturing fails reduction process;
    Create and review lessons learned reports linked to Quality risks and audit findings;
  • Develop the quality mindset culture for production and engineering teams;
  • Report directly to the Global Production Director.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree Engineering in Electronics, Automation or equivalent;
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Quality improvement/management;
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing related processes and related quality standards
  • Experience in applying problem solving methods, including process improvement techniques, 8D methodology and risk assessment
  • Proven Project Management skills and a strong “problem-solving” mindset;
  • Previous experience in driving or mentoring teams across multiple locations
  • You are fluent in English and you have good communication and presentation skills;
  • Six Sigma Green Belts certification is an advantage.
