Mission

You report directly to the Global Marketing Director Proton Therapy and join the Global Marketing Team composed of 3 other Global Marketing Managers and 3 Regional Marketing Managers.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be actively involved in the definition and the execution of the marketing plan for our Proteus product line. This means that, together with a small team of experts (marketing, sales, product management, clinical solutions), you will work on several major axes in order to:
Your main tasks:

• You develop IBA’s Unique Value Proposition and key differentiating messages in the competitive landscape
• You tailor our messages to all stakeholders: clinical, technical and economic buying influencers
• You liaise with Product Management, Clinical Solutions and the Commercial Team to develop and collect clinically inspired, data driven proofs to substantiate our claims and rebut competitive ones
• You deliver impactful sales support tools to illustrate our claims and the associated proofs
• You liaise with Product Management and clinical solutions to promote new developments and to provide commercial input into the roadmap
• You analyze market and business trends and make strategic recommendations; aware of our competitive market
• You drive and leverage marketing activities (digital campaigns, tradeshows, website, internal/external communication materials, …) to claim market and thought leadership
• You ensure training and alignment of the global Commercial Team
• You promote Excellence in marketing deliverables for inside and outside stakeholders
• You ensure and enhance a consistent branding compliant with corporate/other standards
• You manage relationships with suppliers / industry
• You report and counsel (advice & decisions in daily business)

You have:

• a Master Degree or equivalent by experience in product management or marketing
• 5 to 10 years’ experience in a medical devices industry
• a strong affinity for advanced technology, knowledge in the imaging or radiotherapy industry is an asset
• a relevant experience in an international environment
• excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills in English
