We are hiring a new colleague to join our Corporate TA team. You are based in one of our European offices (B, ES, F, D) and report into the Global Head of TA. The most exciting parts in this role are, that you work directly with our Flavors, Colors and AsiaPac Groups to fill the Company’s most critical roles worldwide, and you influence the organization’s success in placing the best people in our teams.

You:
Enrich our team by bringing the experience needed to be successful in this highly visible TA role: from sourcing, identifying, interviewing and presenting candidates globally, through to closing the offer with your candidates

Ensure exceptional customer service to candidates and internal customers alike

Use your commercial approach with the aim of further transitioning our corporate TA team into an industry-leading function, setting the highest standards

Utilize your experience to advise leadership on potential business issues that should be addressed to ensure achievement of our global TA strategies

Assure compliance in our business practices and country specific processes. You do not have to love administration, but you are adamant about doing it right
What do we ask for to support your success?

Ideally an education at BA/BSc level

Full business fluency in English and French

At least 5 years of international recruiting experience , preferably in a manufacturing environment

Proven success in identifying and attracting candidates in challenging markets

Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced, deadline-, and data-driven environment
