Position

• You foresee in an optimisation of all financial and operational KPI’s and dashboards on all levels of the organisation. You implement a structural long-term financial and administrative division by which you significantly contribute to the realisation of the organisation’s objectives.
• You position yourself as a fully-fledged business partner by underbuilding strategic decisions with crucial financial information. You will be involved in mergers, acquisitions, investment plans, etc.
• You attribute to the success of the organisation by the automatisation of processes, reporting and dashboards, and by finetuning the KPI’s
• You guide, coordinate and motivate the divisional and local finance teams on the different locations. You position yourself as a coach and support them, together with a Group Controller, if needed.
• You are the spokesperson for banks, auditors and governments, and represent the interests of the organisation.
• You will report directly to the Group CEO, and will be part of the board of directors.

Profile

• You hold a master’s degree which you combine with a senior management experience of at least 10 years. You have a high-level sense of business acumen; you have experience in an industrial environment and vast knowledge of intercompany transfer pricing, currency risks, etc.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and feel at home in a SME-mentality. Your communication style is cooperative, demanding and authoritative.
• You think at a strategic level and are able to convince your different stakeholders of your analysis and proposals. Besides of your analytical skills you have attention for the interpersonal relationship and the differences in cultures.
• You have an accurate and thorough work style, and are able to handle problems in a structured manner. You have an assertive mindset and enjoy developing structures and systems.
• Your native language is Dutch, and your English is of a very high level.
• You are willing to travel on a frequent basis to the different production sites all over the world.
