To strengthen further our Sales Team in the pharmacy channel, we are looking for a driven & people oriented Group Key Accountmanager.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop & reinforce long term relationship with key Belgian pharmacy channel customers (Parapharmacies, e-Retailer, pharmacy chains, etc.) while maximizing sales opportunities together with the KAM Pharmacy Channel. Your main responsibilities will include:
Development Customer strategy:
- Develops and manages customer account strategies in line with the European and local sales strategy.
- Expands the customer relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet customers’ objectives in line with sales strategy of the Pharmacy Channel and Beiersdorf.
Business Planning, Budget and Reporting:
- Develops and executes a sales annual, medium- and long-term plan that ensures the delivery of brand, category and customer objectives.
- Performance-based TTC System : Implements and controls the customer TTC system in line with the Regional strategies.
- Sales planning and Reporting: Ensures the on-going coordination of the sales planning process with Marketing, Controlling, Supply Chain, and the Sales Manager.
Monthly Business Monitoring/Forecast/Pricing:
- Ensures the delivery of the agreed monthly business forecast per customer. Checks selling out figures on monthly basis versus the market. Provides recommendations and aligns them with the relevant stakeholders.
- Executes the local pricing strategy and ensures the delivery of profit targets in consultation with Finance + Sales Manager
Shopper Activation, Category Management and Promotion:
- Uses data & insights, and pro-actively optimizes assortment ranking, distribution, shelving and go to market plans within Beiersdorf customers together with Category Manager
People development and coaching:
- Develops the team (3 direct reports) and supports the stakeholders (internal and external) in order to jointly grow the business
Your Profile
What it takes to join us:
- Holds a relevant degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Brings a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Key Accountmanagement,...
- Possesses deep knowledge of the FMCG sector, with a strong preference for experience in the pharmacy market
- A first leadership experience is a plus, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
- Well-versed in the Pharmacy Class of Trade, with proven negotiation skills
- Displays a strong entrepreneurial mindset with a sharp customer focus
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Offers excellent analytical and conceptual thinking, balanced with a pragmatic approach
- Embodies an agile, accountable, and winning mentality, and thrives in a connected environment
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
