OTA Insight is a rapidly expanding data-driven SaaS company that is specialized in the hotel-industry. Their solutions are used to help these hotels and hotel chains gain insight and make strategic decisions based on the gathered data. So far they’ve already raised more than 100M and are active in over 185 countries with their international team of 225 people! Right now they’re looking for a growth product manager that doesn’t mind working hybrid from Ghent.

Meet the job

As a growth product manager your task will be to understand and map the user journey to improve key product outcomes. Your inventivity will also be appreciated, since part of your job will be to define bottlenecks and new opportunities and to come up with solutions. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for developing a product-led growth framework that includes product instrumentation, standard metrics, analytical tools and analysis methods.

Who do we need?

  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Familiarity with the product matrix
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Affinity with Marketing and Product
  • Experience with day-to-day product management
