The scope

Sensinnovat is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Communications to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies for Sensinnovat and its portfolio companies. The goal is to enhance brand reputation, support business objectives, and effectively engage with customers, investors, and the public.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, encompassing brand positioning, product/service promotion, and targeted campaigns across various channels.
  • Craft compelling narratives and value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences, translating complex concepts into clear and engaging messages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide strategic counsel to company chairs, supporting their thought leadership.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to safeguard brand reputation.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimise strategies accordingly.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage innovative approaches to achieve marketing objectives.

Your profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent project management and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, solve problems, and deliver results.
