Hoofdverpleegkundige voor de dienst dialyse(m/v/x) (m/v)

• Ensuring continuity of care in the dialysis department
• Organization, coordination and supervision of the nursing activity and implementation of nursing performance in the dialysis unit
• Managing and distributing the staff present according to the activities
• Preparation of the planning and management of the schedules of the available personnel
• Communicate and work closely with the various internal and external stakeholders within the dialysis department
• Disseminating information and ensuring good communication between the different stakeholders
• Organization of team meetings to ensure cohesion and consultation within the team
• Ensure and organize the continuous training of the team (knowledge and practices, ...)
• Participate in the guidance and integration of newly hired employees and trainees
• Conducting evaluations, performance interviews, absenteeism discussions, ...
• Participate in the introduction of new projects within the medical-technical plateau
• Participate in the evaluation of the quality of care within the care department
• Participate in the introduction of new projects within the dialysis department
• Participate in the multidisciplinary consultation within the dialysis department
• Developing personal skills, technical competences and know-how through continuous training

Profil

Functie-eisen

• Diploma van bachelor in de verpleegkunde
• Kaderopleiding of Master in de gezondheidszorg of gelijkwaardig
• Specifieke opleiding ORPADT of bereidheid om deze te volgen
• Min. 3 jaar ervaring in het beheer van een ziekenhuisafdeling en/of dienst
• Je geeft voorrang aan de patiëntveiligheid
• Je bent bereid om je regelmatig bij te scholen en constructief samen te werken aan een technische en innovatieve werkomgeving
• Leiderschapsvaardigheden
• Organisatorische en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden
• Communicatie- en luistervaardigheden
• Flexibiliteit, pro-activiteit en stressbestendigheid
• Tweetalig (NL/FR), elke bijkomende taal is een belangrijke troef
• Vermogen om te werken met de gangbare IT-toepassingen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Staffplanner, H++, ¿)
• Promotor van teamgeest en multidisciplinaire samenwerking
