For the expansion of our HR team, argenx is looking for a HR Business Partner, to support the rapid growth.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Together with the HR lead you are the HR Business Partners for the argenx EMEA teams. In this role you have HR responsibility to support the EMEA teams and the strategic build-out of the organization (organization design, talent acquisition, talent development, and HR operations).
Your primary areas of focus are:
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Organization design and Development, in close collaboration with the HR Lead EMEA and the functional leads (including skills development at all levels)
  • Partnering with HR colleagues to ensure consistent leadership and support where we share a common philosophy and platforms (Talent, Development, Compensation, Culture)
  • Partnering with the global key stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, BIS) to ensure flawless execution of Compensation and Benefits, payroll, and HR systems
  • Coordinating the development of HR policies and systems, specific to support the European build-out
  • Be a key contributor to drive and sustain One Company Culture
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience and excellence in HR Business Partnership, preferably in a rapidly growing innovation driven company (Talent Acquisition & Development, Organization Development, Culture)
  • Experience in biotech/pharma and a passion for the healthcare industry is a plus
  • You hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in human resources or equivalent by experience
  • You are a connector, building relationships and partnering across the organization to achieve the company goals
  • You excel in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly accountable environment
  • You are pragmatic, yet creative and innovative and lead while "rolling up your sleeves" to get it done
  • You show strong leadership with proven ability to build, motivate and develop a team
  • You resonate with the values of argenx and you are ready to drive the Company Culture
  • You combine strategic thinking with the ability to execute, both individually and by leading teams, to achieve operational excellence in the face of challenging goals
