We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support our branches in Gembloux and Wavre (150 FTEs). You will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and shaping a thriving work environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • HR Guidance: Advise and coach managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and other people-related issues.
  • Social Relations: Build effective relationships with union representatives, CPBW, and Works Council (OR), addressing concerns proactively.
  • HR Strategy Implementation: Translate HR strategy into actionable plans tailored to local business needs.
  • Policy Development: Create and revise HR policies to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Absenteeism Management: Lead efforts to manage absenteeism, promoting employee well-being.
  • Performance & Conflict Resolution: Oversee performance evaluations, facilitate dismissal meetings, and mediate workplace conflicts.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
  • Reporting: Provide HR metrics and updates to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Manage an operational HR member, collaborating with other HR teams.

Who We Are Looking For:
An experienced HR professional with expertise in advisory, coaching, and handling hard HR data (e.g., employment conditions, insurance). Proficiency in English and French is required; Dutch is a plus. You should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
