Job Summary :
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Generalist to join our team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Duties include but are not limited to recruitment, employee relations, training & development, business partnering and performance management.
Responsibilities :
  • Oversee recruitment process for assigned areas, which includes sourcing, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, preparing correspondence, developing and maintaining relationships with employment agencies, universities, and other recruitment sources
  • Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures;
  • Manage employment life cycle;
  • Coordinate and facilitate general orientation sessions and new hire meetings;
  • Work with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues;
  • Prepare reports and analyze data for information reporting and management decision making;
  • Design and conduct exit interviews;
  • Conduct employee and management training;
Qualifications :
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 2 - 5 years of experience in HR;
  • Knowledge of European employment laws and local Belgian employment law is a plus
  • Required to have in dept knowledge of Dutch languague, each additional european language is welcome
