Then free up your agenda ???? from Monday the 31st of July 2023!ResponsibilitiesWhat Will This Internship Look Like?As an HR Support Officer Intern you will be supporting the local HR Team (located at our amazing plant in Veurne).The main tasks are based on:

• Supporting the HR Officers & the HR Business Partners on different HR topics and projects (retention policy, absenteeism policy, compensation, communication and D&I).
• Researching and to participating also in current HR topics (Wellbeing, Communication, Mobility)
• Assisting with payroll and people administration for both blue-collar and white-collar workers.
• Organising internal communication and events, promoting culture openness and trust.
• By working with dedicated HR platforms, you will learn how to navigate them and correctly prepare monthly payroll reports (including sick leave, holiday requests and medical checks) and proactively providing the updates to all factory workers.
• By working in our team and taking part in the team meetings you will be not only able to support with the implementation of core and general HR processes, but you will also be coordinating the new joiners onboarding sessions, trainings with sufficient support behind you.

QualificationsWho Are You?

• Master or bachelor student preferably in the field of Commercial Sciences / HR management
• Fluency Dutch, English. French is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate: Excel, Word, Power Point
• Team player, dynamic, flexible and discrete

Maak dan je agenda vrij ???? vanaf maandag 31 juli 2023!Hoe Ziet Deze Stage Eruit?Als HR Support Officer Intern ondersteun je het lokale HR Team (gevestigd in onze geweldige fabriek in Veurne).De belangrijkste taken zijn gebaseerd op:

• Het ondersteunen van de HR Officers & de HR Business Partners op verschillende HR topics en projecten (retentiebeleid, verzuimbeleid, compensatie, communicatie en D&I).
• Onderzoeken en deelnemen aan actuele HR topics (welzijn, communicatie, mobiliteit).
• Assisteren bij payroll en personeelsadministratie voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden.
• Organiseren van interne communicatie en evenementen, promoten van een open cultuur en vertrouwen.
• Door te werken met speciale HR-platforms, leer je hoe je ermee moet omgaan en hoe je maandelijkse salarisrapporten (inclusief ziekteverlof, vakantieaanvragen en medische controles) correct opstelt en proactief de updates aan alle fabrieksarbeiders doorgeeft.
• Door in ons team te werken en deel te nemen aan de teamvergaderingen ben je niet alleen in staat om te ondersteunen bij de implementatie van kern- en algemene HR-processen, maar coördineer je ook de onboardingsessies en trainingen voor nieuwkomers met voldoende ondersteuning achter je.

• Master of bachelor student bij voorkeur in de richting van Commerciële Wetenschappen / HR management
• Vloeind Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
• Computervaardig: Excel, Word, Power Point
• Teamspeler, dynamisch, flexibel en discreet
