We are looking for an HR Officer (4/5th to full time)

Your role

As an HR Officer,you integrate our Support team and will contribute to various HR pillars, such as onboarding, Training & personal administrationactivities in close collaboration with the HR colleagues.

Your main missions:

  • Prepare the induction programme and supervise onboardings and exits;
  • Act as a SPOC for all training-related activities (update of our career paths, search of new suppliers, user administration, reporting, follow-up of training subsidies…);
  • Contribute to the efficient run of our Performance management process: yearly Career committee, PM documents, career counselling meetings,…
  • Ensure the personal administration and prepare social documents : daily follow-up of employee requests, update of personal information in our systems, preparation of contracts & addendums;
  • Act as a SPOC for benefits administration (insurances, fleet,…);
  • Ensure the preparation work on payroll activities & ensure a back-up where necessary: daily follow-up of absence & change requests in Payroll, prepare payroll calendars, assist in the check of anomalies & in the reporting to the Management;
  • Participate in various long term projects;
  • Keep an eye on new HR trends and social law.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree with at least 2-3 years experience in an HR environment;
  • Mastering the office suite;
  • Good trilingual FR/NL/ENG;
  • Sense of confidentiality;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organisation skills and able to work autonomously;
  • Good coordination and project management skills.
