Proces :
  • You question and optimize existing HR processes
  • You initiate and implement new HR processes in accordance with the legislation but also with the vision and values of the company
  • You integrate and analyse data flows in order to automate HR processes
  • As we strive for equality as a self-managed team, you will also contribute to the overall HR administration
Project:
  • As a Product Owner, you actively contribute to the implementation and safeguarding of the company vision in the HR environment
  • You will proactively follow up on innovations in the HR sector with a view to their possible deployment within the company
  • You will quickly take on and lead various projects
  • You consult with internal customers to ensure that their needs are met in line with our strategy
  • You coordinate the work of a project team
  • You collect and follow up end-user feedback
  • You actively share your knowledge within the HR team

Your profile

  • Minimum 5 years experience in (HR) process optimization and innovation and project management
  • A very good knowledge of French and Dutch.
  • A certain affinity with the field of Human Resources and a strong desire to deepen your knowledge in this field.
  • Know-how in database management and integration.
  • In a permanent effort to improve yourself, you are ready to be the driver of change and you always act in a solution-oriented way.
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, backlog, design thinking, story mapping, ...).
