We are looking for our future colleague as HR Officer to support our Human Resources Manager in all areas of HR.

Your Mission

In the context of the development of our company you will work with the HR Manager on tasks related to all different subdomains within HR: Recruitment, Individual & Organisational Development, Payroll, Comp & Ben and Wellbeing. Through these actions you will create a professionnal environment for our employees where they feel good and can grow along with the company.

Your Main Goals
  • You will be responsible for the first part of the recruitmentcycle for all open positions in the company (writing job post, define the appropriate sourcing methods, screening of candidates, conducting first interviews together with the business)
  • You are the contact person for all employees with HR questions. Depending on the complexity of the questions, you can answer them independently or consult with the HR manager
  • You will be in charge of the daily management of employee data to support the payrollcycle
  • You will play a major role in the development of our training and development initiatives
  • You will be able to work on HR Projects in line with your personal preferences
Profil

After achieving at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to HR, you already gained some experience as an HR Generalist.

You do not see yourself as an expert in one of the sub-domains within HR, but would like to gain the broadest possible experience.

As a big believer in "Theory Y", you are 100% motivated to guide our employees in a positive way through their employee journey.

Lastly, you consider yourself a real self-starter who is not afraid to make mistakes.

You are fluent in French. If you do not speak Dutch at this moment, you are highly motivated to improve it rapidly.

Offre

We Offer You a Temp To Perm Contract With
  • Base: €2750 - €3200 per month
  • Monthly net allowance of €100
  • 100% reimbursement of Public Transportation or barematic allowance
  • Laptop + GSM
